工業(yè)萘的提純過(guò)程主要包括脫除雜質(zhì)及脫硫兩個(gè)步驟:
The purification process of industrial naphthalene mainly includes two steps: impurity removal and desulfurization:
1.脫除雜質(zhì)脫除雜質(zhì)是指去除工業(yè)萘中的不純物質(zhì)。精萘廠(chǎng)家為了提高工業(yè)萘的純度,通常采用冷沉淀法、汽提法、結(jié)晶法等方法進(jìn)行脫除。
1. Impurity removal refers to the removal of impure substances from industrial naphthalene. Refined naphthalene manufacturers usually use methods such as cold precipitation, stripping, and crystallization to improve the purity of industrial naphthalene.
(1)冷沉淀法:將工業(yè)萘按一定比例溶解在苯中,再用冷苯沉淀不溶性物質(zhì),然后過(guò)濾,可去除多數(shù)不溶物質(zhì)。
(1) Cold precipitation method: Dissolve industrial naphthalene in a certain proportion in benzene, then precipitate insoluble substances with cold benzene, and then filter to remove most of the insoluble substances.
(2)汽提法:將工業(yè)萘加熱至其沸點(diǎn),利用汽化、冷凝和分餾技術(shù),可使萘蒸汽與不純物質(zhì)分離,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)脫除雜質(zhì)的目的。
(2) Stripping method: By heating industrial naphthalene to its boiling point and utilizing vaporization, condensation, and fractionation techniques, naphthalene vapor can be separated from impure substances, thereby achieving the purpose of removing impurities.

(3)結(jié)晶法:將工業(yè)萘按一定比例溶解在合適的溶劑中,然后在特定的溫度和壓力下結(jié)晶,通過(guò)結(jié)晶過(guò)程中的分離和過(guò)濾,可去除多數(shù)不溶性物質(zhì)。
(3) Crystallization method: Industrial naphthalene is dissolved in a suitable solvent in a certain proportion, and then crystallized at a specific temperature and pressure. Through separation and filtration during the crystallization process, most insoluble substances can be removed.
2.脫硫工業(yè)萘中的硫是工業(yè)廢氣中硫化物的主要來(lái)源,對(duì)于環(huán)境污染有一定的影響。因此,在工業(yè)萘的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,通常需要進(jìn)行脫硫處理。
